At the outset of her career in executive search, she worked with Pendleton James Associates and UK-based Whitehead Mann Group, primarily focusing on clients in financial and information services. As an independent consultant for several years in the early 2000s, Beth found her niche working with clients in healthcare. She joined ZurickDavis in 2005, ultimately becoming vice president managing candidate development and client relationships.
