Kathleen Lennon has more than 30 years of leadership expertise with 10 years in executive search. She has conducted CEO, COO, CIO, CMIO, CFO, CHRO, and Physician searches for leading hospitals, healthcare systems, academic medical centers and universities, not-for-profit healthcare organizations, physician practices, payors and other healthcare-related associations, and specialty organizations.
Kathleen also brings 25 years’ experience in sales, marketing, operations, general management, and customer service leadership experience to her client work. She served as a Vice President in a Fortune 500 company which provided her experience in how to best serve clients and establish long-term partnerships.
Prior to joining Phillips DiPisa, Kathleen was a consultant at Spencer Stuart and a member of the firm’s Life Sciences practice and its Information Officer practice focusing on search assignments for a range of healthcare and technology clients. In addition, she has previously served as a board member of the Chicago-based Voices for Illinois Children, held a regional leadership role with the American Cancer Society, and is a Fellow of the Leadership Greater Chicago Program.
Kathleen earned an M.B.A. in Finance from DePaul University, Chicago, IL, and also holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Southern Illinois, Carbondale, IL.
