Phillips DiPisa, a retained executive search firm serving healthcare providers and managed care organizations, today announced that it has produced the sixth in a series of video interviews that demonstrate the power of compassionate caregiving and the programs run by The Kenneth B. Schwartz Center.

The Kenneth B. Schwartz Center is a non-profit organization that supports and advances the concept of “compassionate healthcare.”  The Center strives to improve relationships among caregivers, patients, and their families in ways that provide hope to the patient, support to caregivers, and sustenance to the healing process.

Phillips DiPisa has already produced and directed five short video interviews featuring patients telling the story of their relationships with their caregivers.  These interviews bring to life the stories of patients whose lives have been touched by caregivers who have embraced the Center’s concept of compassionate care.

About the Video

Fran arrived at Hebrew SeniorLife Rehabilitation Center in Boston to begin a new chapter in her life.  Her transition was greatly eased when she met her new nurse, Anne, who took the time to get to know her as a person.

Fran’s relationship with Anne evolved over time.  She took the time to get to know Fran not just as a patient, but as a person.  Through listening and patience, Anne and Fran developed both mutual respect and trust – as Anne says, “building a little trust every day.”

This video describes the special relationship that Fran and Anne developed over time, one that has clearly enriched the lives of both.

“Phillips DiPisa’s continuing support for the Schwartz Center and our video storytelling effort is so important in communicating what we do,” stated Julie Rosen, Executive Director of the Center.  “We sincerely appreciate their on-going support with this project.”

The Center and Phillips DiPisa maintain the goal of producing several videos a year and publishing them on the Schwartz Center’s Website, as well as other online channels.
